What we do
Windshields, door glass, quarter glass, vent glass, and back glass, plus the calibration work that has to follow a modern windshield replacement.
A chip smaller than a quarter or a crack under six inches can usually be filled and cured on the spot. Catching it early keeps the crack from running across your line of sight.
When the damage is past repair we fit OEM or OE equivalent glass with urethane rated for your vehicle, then tell you exactly when it is safe to drive.
The camera and radar behind your windshield have to be recalibrated after replacement. We do it on site and email you the report.
Broken side window or a regulator that dropped the glass into the door. We vacuum the tempered glass out of the door cavity and the interior before the new pane goes in.
The small fixed panes behind the rear doors are bonded in, not slid into a track. They need careful prep and the right urethane to sit flush and seal. Some are bolted and/or hinged, we can do those too.
Rear glass breaks into thousands of pieces and usually takes the defroster grid with it. We clean the cavity out, fit the new glass and reconnect the heater tabs.
Mobile service
Our van carries the glass, the urethane, the vacuum and the calibration equipment. You keep working while we work. Most jobs need a level spot and about ten feet of clear space in front of the vehicle.
ADAS calibration
If your vehicle has lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, or automatic emergency braking, the forward camera that controls those safety features are mounted to the windshield. Move that glass by a millimeter and the camera is aiming at the wrong place. We calibrate it back to the manufacturer specification and give you the before and after scan.
Insurance claims
We work with the major carriers and their glass networks. We verify your coverage, file the claim, order the correct part off your VIN and bill the carrier direct. In most cases all you pay is your glass deductible, and sometimes not even that.
Fleet accounts
Work vans, service pickups, crew cabs, box trucks and Semi's. We come to the yard, work through several vehicles in one visit and invoice against your purchase order. One point of contact, one monthly statement.
